Founder Virender Rana

Virender Rana, the founder of YujYoga by VR, began his journey in the corporate IT sector, where he saw how long hours, stress, and sedentary routines damaged people’s health. His wife, working in a public sector bank, faced similar challenges—late hours, obesity, and lifestyle-related struggles. Both of them not only gained weight but also faced difficulty in conceiving due to their previous lifestyle.

Choosing a yogic way of living transformed everything—they regained health, overcame obesity, and eventually became proud parents of two children. This life-changing shift inspired Virender to leave his corporate career and dedicate himself to yoga.

He completed 900 Hours Advanced Teacher Training Course (ATTC) from The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, and is certified as a Level 3 Yoga Teacher by the AYUSH Ministry, Government of India. Over the years, Virender has helped countless individuals manage knee pain, back pain, sciatica, and other lifestyle disorders, while also guiding many on weight loss and personalized diet plans.

His students often share how yoga with him has brought relief, transformation, and confidence—showering him with blessings and love. Through YujYoga by VR, Virender continues his mission of making yoga practical, holistic, and transformative for modern lives.

Co-Founder Shiva Rana

Shiva Rana, the co-founder of YujYoga by VR, began her professional journey as a Branch Manager at the Public Sector bank. While excelling in her career, she experienced the toll of long working hours, high stress, and lifestyle-related health challenges. The struggles of obesity and the pressures of modern life pushed her to search for a deeper, more balanced path.

Following her heart, Shiva decided to leave behind a stable banking career and pursue her true passion—yoga. She trained at one of India’s most renowned Yoga Teacher Training Institutes, where she deepened her knowledge of both the philosophy and practice of yoga. This shift not only restored her own health and vitality but also empowered her to guide others in their wellness journeys.

Today, Shiva is known for her compassionate teaching style and practical approach to yoga. She specializes in helping people overcome lifestyle challenges, improve flexibility, manage stress, and find inner peace. Her students admire her ability to blend traditional yogic wisdom with modern needs, making yoga accessible and meaningful for everyone.

Through YujYoga by VR, Shiva continues to inspire countless individuals—especially working professionals and women—proving that with dedication and the right guidance, wellness and transformation are always possible.

With dedicated instructors trained across multiple disciplines—including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar-based prop yoga, aerial yoga, and meditation—we ensure that every session is both purposeful and personalized.
